Tables & Kanban
Tables give you a spreadsheet view of your entities — perfect for bulk editing, comparing, and keeping an overview. Every table can also be flipped into a Kanban-style card view.
Entity tables
Section titled “Entity tables”Create a Table from the sidebar and pick which entity type it shows (e.g. all Characters).
Columns include the entity name, color, every property from the template, and relationship columns.
What you can do:
- Edit inline — click any cell to edit text, numbers, checkboxes, selects, colors, and relationships without leaving the table
- Sort by any column
- Resize columns and toggle their visibility
- Add and delete rows (each row is a real entity)
- Reorder rows by drag-and-drop
Kanban (card view)
Section titled “Kanban (card view)”Switch a table to card view to see the same entities as cards in a grid:
- Configure which fields appear on the cards
- Adjust row height and column width
- Card actions: edit, delete, or navigate to the entity’s page
Project Table
Section titled “Project Table”The Project Table (in the sidebar) is a special table showing all entity types at once — your entire cast, world, and event list in a single view, with the same inline editing and relationship columns.
Undo/redo
Section titled “Undo/redo”Every table and Kanban operation — cell edits, row creation/deletion, reordering — is undoable with Mod+Z.
